Cash, Checks, and Money Orders

WILL CALL: Customer must present actual credit card, order number, and photo ID. All will call orders are available for pick up 2 hours prior to the event and no earlier. ALTERNATE WILL CALL PICK-UP: Persons other than the cardholder who may be picking up tickets must have the same last name as that of the card holder. Do not refer customers to the Black River Coliseum for name changes - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Parking (including bus parking) is free, and is located in either the main parking area which is directly across 5th Street, or on city streets adjacent to the facility. Accessible parking is in front of the facility, just north of the main entrance. For the accessible seating located in Section 112, please park on the West side of the building at 6th Street. By entering through our accessible entrance located on the West side of the building, there are no stairs and direct access to the accessible seats. Special arrangements are available for persons with disabilities. Please contact our box office directly for assistance. Patron drop off/pick up can be done through the half circle drive leading up to the front entrance of the facility.

VIDEO CAMERAS: Are NOT permitted for most events. RECORDING DEVICES: Are NOT permitted. HOUSE RULES- Cameras are generally not allowed but policy can vary depending on the request of the particular performer, no outside food and beverage, all patrons subject to search. Patrons engaging in offensive or illegal behavior may be asked to leave. PROHIBITED ITEMS: Cans, bottles, coolers, plastic beverage containers, food or beverage of any kind, helium balloons, pets (other than service animals), laser pointers, sticks (excluding those on pennants or flags) and weapons of any sort. SMOKING: The Black River Coliseum is a non-smoking facility. For all events, guests are permitted to leave to smoke in a designated smoking area located outside the main enterance.
