Ball State University Cardinals Mens Basketball Tickets

Event staff was friendly, understanding, and helped folks get to their seats. And the match was spectacular. Looking forward to returning to Worthen Arena soon!

I would expect a D1 team to have a little better preshow opening leading up to the team intro. Announcer was excellent, however music selection was a little all over the place and it should ramp up to a crescendo of excitement for the crowd for the anticipation of the game. You clearly had intelligent lighting but utilized it very little for pre-game. During game play music clips were better fit. Not sure what the marketing team is doing to sell tickets to the game. However I was underwhelmed with the crowd size. Paper the house with free tickets for youth in the region. This would drive concession and peripheral sales of merchandise also. It appears no one is developing team/school spirit. The break promotional shoots were well ran, the dance team performed well. But over all underwhelming show for a D-1 team. All factors help in recruitment and ticketing. FYI I produce live events that sell out venues.

Awesome place to watch a basketball game. Not a bad seat in the house and the Cardinals have a pretty good squad. The sell beer and have good concessions.

Would have preferred to see a high school game. This was a very poorly played division I college game! Ball State must have MISSED 30 free throws, counting missed 1 and 1 bonus points. For what the price of tickets cost, this was a very disappointing value.

We came to watch our granddaughter cheer, but she wasn't cheering that day, so we got to enjoy watching the Cardinals win sitting with our granddaughter. Way to go Cardinals. Chirp Chirp!

Ticketmaster was easy to use. Only issue is that it wouldn't share a ticket with a friend via text for some reason. But I was able to share it via email. Other than that app and process worked well. Great game by the Cardinals!

The arena is a good venue to watch a basketball game. The parking for the arena is too far away from the arena. There is close parking, yet it is reserved. I suspect the distance from fan parking to arena discourages some fans from attending games, particularly in inclement weather.

The atmosphere was everything I expected of a college basketball game, from the concessions, to the little audience participation events. The band sounded great, and the BSU cheerleaders and dance team livened up the day as well. Congratulations to the BSU cardinals men and women on two wins for the day!

Loved loved loved this game, was greater than I expected and our seats were absolutely awesome. Really enjoyed this and was impressed with the entertainment on the breaks. Better than a larger venue I have been to in recent months. The only thing I disliked was the people handling the table at Gate 2, where we came in. We were in line, got up to the table, and one lady was scanning and one man was checking purses. When we got up to the table to get scanned, the guy checking purses told me to get my purse out, he didn't even look in it, didn't hand it back to me, I'm still standing there waiting for them to scan my tickets, then he directs me to her to scan, she scans a couple and can't get them to pull up. (even though the phone screen was at its' brightest). Then they tell us to stand "over there", pointing outside of the area they were in. We stood there, and they just ignored us from that point on. By this point my daughter and her friend had already arrived, who were students, and they were telling all of the other people who were waiting to go to the ticket booth. It was minutes before the game, I paid ahead of time for our four tickets and I wasn't about to go walk plum around the building and wait in another line when I already paid. So we got drinks at concession and went on in to the game. Very poor handling of the people coming and going.

Exciting basketball! Worthen is a great place to watch a basketball game. Huge, clean, impressive facility.
