Bakar. Live in Concert
Born Abubakar Baker Shariff-Farr in North London, his first musical love was hip-hop. Despite knowing that he wanted to pursue a career in music from an early age, Bakar. became more serious about the passion when he branched out his style into indie rock. In 2017, he released a handful of singles including "Big Dreams" and "Something I Said," that caught on in the underground music scene in London. A year later, Bakar. released his full-length debut project Badkid, which earned critical praise from London musical icons and kingmakers like Elton John and Skepta. Bakar. followed Badkid with his biggest hit to date, the bluesy and easygoing single "Hell N Back," which was the featured single for his 2019 EP Will You Be My Yellow? In 2022, Bakar. released two leading singles, "The Mission" and "NW3" for his sophomore album Nobody's Home, which was released in February 2022 and quickly caught the attention of fans and critics, including The Guardian, who called it a "spectacularly strong sense of place."

What a brilliant night full of absolute tunes the only slight downside(this is me being very picky) is that a few old but gold songs were not sung. But the tour was after nobody’s home dropped so I kind of expected it. Definitely would recommend and a 10/10 experience. COME BACK TO MANNY!
It took 2 hours for the show to begin, i nearly left before it started, other than that it was decent, I enjoyed the songs Bakar chose to do.
Seeing Bakar live was truly amazing. I hope you come back to America.
So amazing, can’t wait to see him. His show is gonna be on my birthday as well
