by Irv on 8/29/24Spotlight 29 Casino - CoachellaFantastic! Wish they played my favorite, “Nothing You Can Do” but it was great fun nonetheless. It was a geriatric funk party, lol (I’m 64). Everybody was standing and dancing in the front and in the aisles. The venue, Spotlight 29 Casino was cool too. Not too big, not too small. I saw AWB 25 years ago, great then and great now. I understand that this is their last year on tour. You can see them in San Diego soon so don’t miss out!!

by MarkB on 8/27/24Spotlight 29 Casino - CoachellaI love these guys. Or at least used to. They were tight, funky, and in the pocket. But seeing them many times over the years has become increasingly disappointing. I'm sure they get bored of the hits, so they embellish them (sing-alongs, awful guitar solos, endless sax solos, long Vegas endings, etc.), but come on. These used to be some of the most well-crafted soul songs. Now they're just paychecks for GB musicians.

by Soul-searching ?? on 8/26/24Spotlight 29 Casino - CoachellaUnfortunately and we didn’t know it until the Leader singer (kudos to him for his singing performance) made the announced that night. AWB was on one of their last Concert tours. ?? My wife and I were so thankful that we got to see them live in person to perform because they put on an awesome show. From the first song to the last one. It was definitely worth us traveling almost 400 miles one way just to see them in concert. We have our life time memories of the band because we grew up in that era. Thank you AWB,
