Aussie singer Russell Hitchcock and British singer-songwriter Graham Russell, the team that makes Air Supply breathe, first began working together in Melbourne back in 1975. They released their first, self-titled album a year later, but initially achieved only modest success in Australia, and it took a few years for them to break out in America. The big moment finally came in 1980 with their fifth album, Lost in Love, which turned out to be a monster in the States. The record bowled Americans over with three huge hit singles: "All Out of Love," "Lost in Love" and "Every Woman in the World." Between Hitchcock and Russell's vocal blend and the melodic appeal of their carefully crafted pop ballads, Air Supply became full-fledged stars.
